Twin House

Our goal with this project is to bring a new look, optimize the value of the duplex villa in need of renovation, while creating emphasis and connecting all functions in a harmonious and convenient way. Twin Villa has transformed with the unity and continuity between architecture, interior and landscape.

The façade is a combination of stone materials with the same color tone to create luxury at first sight. In interior design, the living room space is prioritized with the atrium to connect the 1st floor areas and create a connection with the 2nd floor spaces,  ensuring privacy but still maximizing the viewing angle.

 

 

 

A glass - steel stair system with a function as a highlight is placed in the buffer between the outdoor pool and the indoor space, with the role of an architectural importance, both secures its main function yet cherishes  aesthetics.
